Corporate Events

By the fall of 2009 I had developed enough corporate clients that I was able to found Mahoney Design Inc. I was fortunate to have worked with some of the biggest producers in the nation such as Jack Morton, Williams Gerard, and 5 Star just to name a few as well as high end display house such as Catalyst Exhibits, Czarnowski, and Exhibitgroup Giltspur.

Since I came from a theatrical background designing and illuminating live stage productions came naturally. Lighting scenic and performers on stage was straight forward however enveloping the audience with texture and color was fresh and exciting. I like to call it “corporate theater” with audiences varying from 500 to 5000 I had a huge canvas.

With the introduction of media servers in late 2010 I was then able to create amazing scenic looks using video walls and custom media running directly through my light board. I’ve been able to incorporate this not only into live stage events but the trade show industry as well.
